Shipping & Refunds Policy
All performance tickets, including special events (i.e. Toast-n-Jam) are Will Call. Bring a photo ID and the credit card used for purchase to the the venue. The box office staff may compare your ID and/or credit card to the will-call list before granting you access. If you purchase more than one ticket in a single order, you may choose to leave your guests' name with the box office staff if your guests are not with you at the time you enter the venue or event.
Mirror Stage will always allow a refund or cancellation on an order within 12 hours of purchase, and we will also cancel any orders that are clearly accidental duplicates right up until ticket sales for an event or performance end.
Mirror Stage offer refunds of the purchase price of tickets for shows that are canceled or postponed. To receive a refund for a canceled or postponed show, contact us by telephone at 1-206-686-2792 or by e-mail at boxoffice@mirrorstage.org within three days of the cancellation. We will then provide you with instructions for receiving your refund. Refunds for reasons other than an event being canceled or postponed are only offered on a case-by-case basis. Please call us at 1-206-686-2792 and we will see if you are eligible.
ALL OTHER TICKET PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
For merchandise purchases, there are three methods of delivery available: USPS Priority, USPS Express, and UPS Ground.
